the meals tasted delicious. the variety of the food was really nice!
there was severe leaking from the bathroom faucet, quite annoying. the wifi was spotty. It was definitely not reliable enough for remote work. i had to find alternative solutions for a stable internet connection.

the location is super convenient! it is really close to where i needed to be. the staff is awesome i tell you. jonathan provided excellent customer support during check-in. i will be back for a longer stay next time, YES!

I found the staff to be courteous and helpful, especially at the front desk. My room had functional air conditioning and a television with multiple channels. The hotel's proximity to the beach across the street made access EASY.
The selection of desserts at the buffet could be more diverse.

The pool area has ample seating, with approximately 20 loungers available . A designated smoking area helps maintain air quality in common spaces. The on-site gym includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes.

Staff members offer prompt assistance with luggage upon arrival. The bartenders mix a wide variety of cocktails and are attentive to requests. Housekeeping staff ensures rooms are cleaned daily, replenishing towels and toiletries as needed.

the room felt pretty dated it could definitely use some work. the bathroom fixtures looked old some tiles were cracked. also the entertainment felt a little stale most nights nothing new happened it became repetitive. i expect more variety from a place that calls itself all-inclusive

The daily room cleaning was great. the staff was friendly and always willing to help. I appreciated this. the beach across the street was easy to access. a crossing guard ensured safe passage for all guests.
The music was loud at times. It made relaxing in common areas difficult. the volume was high even during the day. this affected the overall peace.
